Returns:
We understand that things don’t always work out as planned. It happens...
We will accept your return within 14 days after the delivery date of your item(s). After 14 days, we will not accept any refunds. However, exchanges are acceptable.
All returns should be sent back in its original form.
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Repacked properly
Non-returnable items:
Essentials such as underwear & bodysuits.
Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping on items with manufacture defects will be covered by our team. Otherwise, you will assume the costs for return items.
If you are shipping any item/items over $75, please consider shipping insurance. We can not guarantee the receipt your returns in the event that our facility does not have it.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. That email will confirm your refund amount and refund ETA.
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or the original method of payment.
This process can take upwards of 7 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If your approved refund is late or missing, first contact your bank or credit card issuer.
It may take some time before your refund has officially posted. Your bank or card issuer can confirm pending returns.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
Exchanges for size are accepted even after the return period has ended.
Returning Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift certificate or store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. The gift giver/purchaser could also place a request for a refund and the refund will be issued to them.
